    Processing is based on Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (contract performance or pre-contractual measures) and Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (your consent).

    Your data is deleted after your inquiry has been processed, unless statutory retention obligations apply.

    8. Contact Form

    Our contact form is processed via Netlify Forms (provider: Netlify, Inc., San Francisco, USA). On submission, your data (name, email, phone number, selected service, message) is transmitted to Netlify and forwarded to us by email. The transfer to the USA is based on Standard Contractual Clauses. For more information, see the Netlify Privacy Policy.

    9. Google Maps

    On our contact page we embed Google Maps to display our location (provider: Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland). The map is only loaded once you actively consent to functional cookies. When activated, data (in particular IP address, browser information, location data) is transmitted to Google.     10. Google Analytics

    With your consent we use Google Analytics 4 (provider: Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland) to measure how our website is used, for example which pages are viewed, where visitors come from and clicks on phone, WhatsApp or the contact form. For this, Google sets the cookies _ga and _ga_* and processes device and browser information as well as your approximate location. Your IP address is only used to determine location and is not stored by Google Analytics. Advertising features are disabled. Google Analytics is only loaded once you consent to the "Analytics" category. Data may be transferred to the USA on the basis of the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and Standard Contractual Clauses.     11. PostHog

    With your consent we also use PostHog (provider: PostHog, Inc., San Francisco, USA) to analyse website usage. The data is stored on servers in the EU (Frankfurt). PostHog stores a random identifier in cookies or your browser's local storage and records pages viewed, clicks on contact options and technical details such as browser and device type. Session recordings are disabled and form input is not recorded. PostHog is only loaded once you consent to the "Analytics" category.     12. Hosting

    This website is hosted by Netlify, Inc. (San Francisco, USA). When you access the site, technically necessary data (in particular IP address) is processed via server logs. The transfer to the USA is based on Standard Contractual Clauses.
